Serious??? When my cousin was a kid he said he saw a farmer ghost in his house and someone came to see if this was true and it was, he was walking in the middle of the night after playing videogames too long and saw a ghost in the hallway right after that he ran into his parents room and woke everyone up.

Also in the middle of the night me and my friend were outside (right near my house) the road was really dark because the streetlights were rarley maintained and were broken and we saw something that looked like a ghost, it was on the road and ran really fast to the sidewalk, (not to us) it was quite far away and it was dark so we couldn't see it properly.

ghost stories are interesting if you know the pple whom it happened to..

there is a place where i live thats supposedly haunted called Caledonia Mills in Nova Scotia .. also known as Mary Ellen Spook's .. and weird shit happens there .. especially to people that take any belongings from the homestead .. something about a fire there ... google it if you want .. its one of Canada's most haunted places. just a little blurb about it :

The Mary Ellen Spook house is located in Caledonia Mills, Nova Scotia. In the early 1900’s, a family adopted a young girl by the name of Mary Ellen but had no idea what was in store for them. Once the girl arrived, fires started lighting themselves, even when young Mary wasn’t around. Doors would open and shut themselves, and the family would hear strange voices from the hallways. Police were eventually called in, but were baffled and a Priest was asked to come and investigate. The family eventually moved out, and the house burned to the ground. Now a landmark, some unlucky visitors to the Spook House have stolen from the remains and once home, have claimed to watch as their houses burst into flames. It is said that the only way to reverse the curse is to return the stolen artifacts to the original Mary Ellen Spook house.

Also apparently where my sister had gotten married and worked when she was younger is the Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta Canada.. :

Employees of the Banff Spring Hotel claim that they are not allowed discussing the mysteriously boarded up room, but the story says that a family was murdered there in the early 1900s. The hotel was going to continue using the room but no matter how hard they cleaned one of the mirrors, fingerprints from the awful night could not be removed. Guests claim to regularly see ghosts wandering the halls and often hear voices when nobody is nearby. There is also the story of a ghost bellhop who has been known to unlock doors and even move the luggage of guests staying in the haunted hotel.
