That the whole world must adopt US-style "notice-and-takedown" rules
This seems like they are trying to blow it out of proportion. I might be wrong, but what right does the U.S have to force every other country in the whole world to change their laws when it comes to ISP's and the likes?

But how can one country run, and enforce all countries? Wouldn't that make us all ruled by the same government, therefore not individual countries?
