Opinions of sexting

This is ma 1st real post to bare with me... Sorry if its in the wrong category
But this is something more serious which is very uncommon of me.

But i was just wondering what are some of your opinions of sexting (the new craze that has hit the Australian media, dunno bout the rest of the world I'm not one for believing the news headlines). For anyone you does not know, its where teenage girls are sending naked pics of themselves to there usually boy friends thinking they can trust them. But as all teenage boys they get the pics and then show them to all there friends thinking there king shit. I personally things that this is possibly the stupidest thing that can be happening as its going to be shown around and score you the title of a Slut at school..

But thought I would put it out to your guys to see your ideas on it :)

Oh yea the reason i started this was cos come chick i barely know just send me a some of these very pics. But no sorry to anyone that asks I'm not posting them :P

Yea man i think the government and news should stay out of it. Usually i wouldn't have that much of a problem with it. I'm just talking about the 13yrold girls that are doing it and there fellas sending it on, who knows where those pics could end up. i just thought it was stupid in that aspect.

Can I say I feel like I’m on middle ground actually let’s worry a bit about their health in general and how they feel and shit, that’s fine but it’s not so difficult to go over the “line”, which is od as the line is in metaphorical terms several hunread miles wide… and yet is being trampled over as regularly as a…………dead carcass in the middle of the road? never mind.

But honestly I don't see a lack of self respect with it, I think that’s kind of taking an absurd position so I can't help but see myself as taking a middle path……

I don't really agree with this.
What you're saying is that the government must only take actions when the problem has reached a certain level rather than preventing it from happening.
And I personally believe that this sexting thing is already a problem among youngsters, and it might even be too late to do something about it, as pedofiles probably already found their way into this.

Also, what can the government do about this problem? How can they prevent it from happening?
