First off, I'm pretty sure most of you have seen and or played this game before.WoW (World of Warcraft), one of the most successful MMORPG made by Blizzard Entertainment that ruin families lives and big money makers for the company. Never put your children near that game or you will see a major behavior change within them when they start playing.
After a few weeks of pulling myself off of WoW, it's been done. I finally have quit WoW for good, I'm not going back because it took me a lot of practice from keeping myself away from that game. It's a black hole I tell ya, but I had stayed away from the game to try to spend time with the family a bit more. I enjoy it being with my family now than I did with WoW. I used to be so annoyed by my brother coming in and asking what I was doing and I'd end up almost blowing up. Gamers do not like to be interrupted. I told myself something had to change, it's been sucking me in for 3 years almost and that's way more than enough. So I prohibited myself from playing it for a few weeks, now I feel better than ever.People at school have seen a behavior change in me. My grades going up. Friends are actually talking to me more. Even the teachers noticed a change in my class participation and homework assignments are now being passed in on time.
What have I gotten rid of? A terrible WoW addiction.
What have I developed? To learn how to control my anger, to limit my time between computer and family and to keep myself away from extremely addicting games like that.
