I find my anger stems from frustration. It is really an unwillingness to accept the responsibility of my situation. I get angry about being in a crap job, or feeling misunderstood. If I were to accept the responsibility for these things, I wouldn't lash out at those around me. It takes courage to do so. I have thrown tools, phones, etc. Once I put my fist into my own car windscreen and shattered it ( its actually not that hard to do). Then I had to explain why it was shattered to anyone who saw it.. very embarrassing. Its a bit of a vicious cycle. I got frustrated and angry that I was embarrassed! haha!

don't laugh, even me is trying to quit smokin' weed. But i fail every day newly. I think its basically a thing of WILLING !
You really have to have the will do stop. I have the problem that my living-mate is a hard-smoker. so it smells…
