Sounds interesting. But that has to build all over the worl and has to replace the standard cities. For that its too late. But its a nice concept. I wonder what the energy balance might be? You know it needs energy to build this huge project and on the other hand how much energy is saved by that and how long will it take to get that energy back through use of this city?

Who knows whats behind that technology? Nobody...thats still an unrevealed secret. You cant convert water into hydrogen with no energy at all unless you found a catalysator that makes it possible on room temperatur so you dont need to put energy into the process.

All I gotta say is that I hope Japan starts mass-producing those water powered cars.... and fast!

I believe that the state of the Environment is meant to be handled by every individual. Not the governments of the world. If my neighbor doesn't want to recycle and uses his barrel to burn leaves who am I to stop him. It is my responsibility to he;p the environment, not his.

However the number one American problem is recycling. We need to have that law in effect to have mandatory recycling like they do in Germany.

Nick speaks the truth. If it bothers you so much then dont go near anywhere that celebrates it. I'm not gunna go to the middle east because I can't stand their backward ass culture, I'm not gunna sit and bitch and whine about their backwardassness…
