An old Priest in Ireland was tired and angry at the people in his parish being so superstitious so one Mass he decided to tell them off and he told them,
"Stick up your hand if you believe in ghosts!"
A number of people put their hands up, so he said,
"Now keep your hand up if you've ever seen a ghost!
Every hand went down except 'Old Mick's' who was seated right at the back, so he said,
"Keep your hand up if you've ever touched a ghost!"
'Old Mick kept his hand up, so he said,
"Keep your hand up if you've ever kissed a ghost!"
Still Mick kept his hand up so the priest in exasperation said,
"Right then, keep your hand up if you've ever had sexual relations with a ghost!"
Mick still had his hand up and the old priest yelled at him,
"MICHAEL JAY O'SHAUNASSEY - DO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME IN FRONT OF THIS CONGREGATION AND IN THIS VERY CHURCH THAT YOU HAVE HAD LEWD AND LICENTIOUS SEXUAL CONGRESS WITH A GHOST??!!! "
To which 'Old Mick' replied,
"A ghost Father?
A ghost?
Oh I'm sorry sir!
I thought you said a 'goat'."
