ive been listening to Cream songs and old Red Hot Chili Peppers songs. Oh and i also went to the Wanee Music Festival in Suwannee county that was pretty badass.

Novelty by Joy Division, o.k. so it is more Post Punk than Rock, but listen to it loud and it cannot fail make you want to pick up a guitar and as with all Ian Curtis lyrics - brutal and beautiful.

Maybe you should give a definition of what is meant by Rock music.

I've just seen the Futureheads last night in Camden.
They were truly amazing.
First row, i caught the setlist thrown by the guitarist.
Check their music, it's really interesting, they do a lot of work on the rythm and song structure, and the lyrics are unusual. They do a lot with the vocals.
