hm.. implosion isn't a bad bet... what about if you scaled it out in a model.. putting it in an equation... unstoppable + immovable = 0? maybe zero? nothingness, the end. maybe it wouldn't even be an implosion, just an end. or maybe they would cance…

About Me:
i hardly fit in all the other social networks, probably on account that i go to far for the other members. i tend to hit such subjects as the relation between mind and body, free will, individual growth and adaptation, the foundations of knowledge, causality, meanings of such things as in life, time and space, good and bad, God, art, nature... all this and more. lately i have been dwelling on current issues a bit more and more. for example, 2012 seems interesting enough to dwell on and see in every aspect as possible, from the physical to the mental right down to the dimensional point of view. and through science i easily dismiss all merit held to political theories and philosophies. i try to have everyone i come across to experience some form of outer mind realization. mine was triggered by the understandings of existentialism, from the understanding of the connections we all shair. and that then spawned in to more questions and desires to know. i'm now looking in to better understanding epistemology as well as the philosophy of mind and body, and the philosophy of science with a little play of empiricism with its anti-realism and rationalism with its look in to religion thrown in there. i hold strong to the logic and moral ethics. its all about the process of belief to others that i tend to observe quite diligently.
Favorite music:
mostly all,
it always depends on my state of mind.
i do tend to surprise many with my eclectic mix of genres of music.
Favorite movies:
hah! anything that makes you think. anything that doesn't attempt to tell the entire story. how can these film makers expect everyone to walk off with the same point of view on the film. they keep on trying to have this happen by showing and answering ever possible angel of the story. i truly enjoy partial satirical comedies and works on nihilistic happenings. as long as it is kept in the confines of the false yet possible framing of the silver screen. that way we can all watch and think on our own accord, "oh, that makes sense, that is what could happen, or maybe this other thing could end up happening." its only right that in a film, one walks away enlightened with the experience of having something new in the mind, or at least being shown an idea or story threw the different twisted methods of cinematic story telling. have the viewer go through multiple emotions throughout the course of the film, ending in a push to or full on realization.
Favorite books:
history,
biographical,
philosophical,
instructional,
informative,
and the occasional novel... especially if their is something to learn from the story, there for making it a good story and good book.
Goals/Projects/Aspirations:
goals... well ill tell you them when they have been realized.
projects... i'm working on a few films at the moment.
aspirations... oh well, i have such a large spectrum of aspirations i'm not entirely sure i can list them all. i can say i aspire to be a good person, to be the best example of a true human being in the eyes of a God of love. by that i mean i take Christ as my example of peace and human compassion to emulate to the best of my abilities.
Relationship Status:
It's Complicated

try and see this in the minds eye

you must become the change you wish to see in the world

if religion really properly understood, is not about belief but about behavior. perhaps we should say the same thing about optimism, "how dare we be optimistic." optimism is some times characterized as a belief, an intellectual posture. as Mahatma Gandhi famously said, "you must become the change you wish to see in the world." and the outcome about which we wish to be optimistic is not going to be created by the belief alone, except to the extent that the belief brings about new behavior. but th… Continue

heyyyy :P don't be apologising, i'm to be answered to ^^
OUCH at the one day a week off! :) here's hoping the work's fun hmm. as for the subjects i've dwelled upon, i don't actually mind discussing that stuff! it's just the things that i've already discussed multiple times before. generally though :) discussion on here will bring about a point of view, or fact that i hadn't previously considered, which is nice ^^ but... i guess rare with most stuff, and that's even provided i get a response at all :) (i have a real bad habit of typing too much btw). the things i've only "pondered" about up in Daniel-land ^^ are great to discuss, what with honing those opinions, getting those stories straight n all :) there'll always be a limit to the amount of knowledge you can acquire on any single subject though... nearing that limit, is where it starts to get dull... >.<<br />
anyhoo, guess i'll hear from you whenever if ever at all :P all the best!

just checked out your latest activity :P you're slacking! nothing peaked that fancy yet no? the trouble with this forum now, is there are rarely any discussions which haven't already been repeated themselves 3 or 4 times in the past. although there's a constant stream of new members diving into this place all the time :) which i guess evens it out... i still can't believe it's been a year since i joined already >.< i say this every damn time, but i hate so much to think about what i've done in an entire year. wondering, what've you achieved over the past year? and what does it really mean to you? :) or i guess a better question is, what WOULD you have liked to achieved + why not start tomorrow! :P
anyhooo, work in the morning so i best throw out the rest of these replies n hit the sack asap :) big *waves* from the UK!

no idea when you joined :) not seen you around before now, despite either! welcome to IP man, all the best. for what it's worth, Definitely sound like you have a lot to offer wherever the hell you go :) especially that last sentence - "by that i mean i take Christ as my example of peace and human compassion to emulate to the best of my abilities". suppose he WAS made out to be a pretty swell kinda guy :P

It is great to hear that, proper preparation is key to survival in the future. Some personal advice is to learn how to grow and find food in the wild, stocking up on food is great but if there is a disaster or a riot and you are forced to relocate all the things must be left behind such as precious metals and a large food supply. Another key is to learn how to acquire clean water from evaporation off of plants or from rain gathering because most still water in lakes is contaminated and loaded with bacteria and viruses. Again these are just the mere basics to stay alive. There is a link on my page to my page in scribd which has a lot of great books on survival and edible plants. Spread the link around to whoever it is all free and downloadable.

That's right I am a survivalist, the easiest way to put it is I can be dumped pretty much anywhere in isolation with no food and water and get by just fine using no tools except what can be made by wild organic matter or bones from a carcass. Sorry for the late response between working out, gardening and reading philosophical books I have little time to spend on line.
