I'm a gamer, an artist, and a high school drop out. I spend most of my time right here, sitting at the computer, reading or playing DS.
I haven't really figured out what I'm going to do with my life yet. It seems as though every time I get a lead, something new blocks my path and I instantly get unmotivated to try and pursue anything, really.

GY!BE, Explosions in the Sky, Rob Dougan, etc. Mostly into instrumental music, but I also get into moods where I listen to a lot of pop/techno stuff as well.
Favorite movies:
Pi, The Fountain, Requiem for a Dream, Rushmore, Royal Tenenbaums, Darjeeling Limited, Ghost World. I also am in love with old black and white films with ancient humor. I like both simple and complex films.
Favorite books:
House of Leaves, Robots of Dawn, Welcome to the Monkey House, Autobiography of a Face, Haunted, When You Are Engulfed in Flames. Those kinds of books.

just wanted to say that I recognized myself a lot in your description. I seem to lack that very same kind of willpower and motivation, I'm currently working on that. It would be nice to see someone else's insight into this.
I think it's mostly thought loops that keep me from doing things, over-complicating and over-thinking, when I should just grit my teeth and ride the wave.
