OMG Bernd is a Monk !
Started my first monk week started this sunday when my partents started their vacation so i have the house and kitchen for myself. So here is my report
Day 1
Contrast Showers: Check (pretty easy with this weather)
Food: well i had to eat all that was left over coz I dont want it to expire.
Exercise : 300 push up 200 sit ups.
Went for a walk in the Antwerp PolderForrest some nice nature seen some wild horses. Was pretty fun but way to hot outside!

My summer project
Starting with my first project this vacation, undertaking some action! Gonne try to see the world and go out and so some stuff i asked 6friends to start up our own blog/inspiration site.

We are 6Students (19-25year's old) all with a graphical background and higher education.
