When we are young, our parents tell us: Dont talk to stranger (Normally they tell us)
This gets imprinted in our subcontious mind, wich makes it harder to connect to other people, strangers really, creating a sort of barrier. I know thats not why they tell us not to talk to /trust strangers.

So, ive been going through "Hell " lately, i found out my GF was cheating on me while beeing drunk, i actually found out WHEN it happened, sort of. At 3 am ish. it felt terrible, i was with her for 2 years, she was a part of my life. HELL she WAS my life... for some time.
But, you move on you know? After i broke up with her, i felt terrible, who wouldnt right?

So, today i just found out that im sort of just reading the posts and im not saying much. So i fixed that a bit.^^
I dont know how many posts i did reply on, but i did it.
I also broke sort of a barrier today, i told some of those ive talked the most to on site how awesome they were and why i thought so. (I dont really know how many i did send comments too..sorry for the spam people)

Im sort of like alot of people out there.
Ive got a sleeping problem, ive had it for 5 years, some days its tougher than some, some days its easier.
Its said that people with insomnia dont sleep because of disruptions during the r.e.m cycle.
Normally a person falls asleep between 1 minute - 30 minutes. personally: It takes me hours to fall asleep.
