About Me:
I've never done one of these myspacey things (at least I've never taken one seriously; I made one once, but it was for a retarded reason) but hey, what better place to start than on the site representing open-mindedness (word check pl0x)

I play WoW a little too much. In fact, way too much. But hey, if WoW is soaking up my time, at least I'm not out getting myself into trouble, eh? Three level 70's in WoW, working on two more. Been 2k+ on many occasions.

As far as RL goes, I have a psychotic mother and a normal father. They got divorced this past Christmas on my mother's orders. Great time of the year for a divorce, right?

I'm in high school, I go to Sabino if anyone reading this is in the Tucson area. King of math, not much else. I recently moved even farther away and I anticipate having to drive an hour one way there and back, but you know, it's worth it.

I'm a Law and Order junkie. ONLY the original; Jack McCoy is such a badass. Fuck.

Someone who knows me well might ask why I'm even bothering to make this a real profile. Frankly, I asked myself the same thing when I made it. Being the nerd that I am, I made a blog about it, dedicated to a specific someone.
Favorite music:
Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, U2, Eve 6, Disturbed... that sort of thing. Occasionally I'll shoot for lighter stuff like what's on my page. I'm kinda all over the place. Oh, and Nickelback.
Favorite movies:
Bourne trilogy, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter (lol, yeah), Chronicles of Narnia (lol, yeah x2), umm...
Favorite books:
Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Eragon series, mmm... Count of Monte Cristo (BARELY made it on my favorites), Fahrenheit 451. I never got into Chronicles of Narnia, oddly enough. Haven't read anything recently.
Goals/Projects/Aspirations:
Mostly WoW-related accomplishments at the moment. What can I say, I'm a nerd. :o

I guess getting through high school can be passed off as a goal. After school I plan on pursuing a career in software engineering, or becoming a lawyer.
Relationship Status:
It's Complicated

Favorite Web Pics

The profound look on her face really makes this work.

OH THE IRONY. If you can't quite tell because of the image quality, those bags are of cotton balls.

I liked this one. A lot.

HOWEVER, MY FAVORITE:

Oh, this is me, by the way:

What can I say, I'm a fan of demotivational posters.

Chris

So, I punched my mother in the face.

I just now heard my court date is this Thursday, 9:30AM (Pacific). I am charged with two counts of misdemeanor Domestic Violence Assault in the state of Arizona.

A Sunday a couple weeks ago, I got into a physical fight with my brother. We're brothers, we do that now and then. I'm 5 years older than him, so I know it isn't right, but siblings fight, that's just the way it is.

My mother storms in and pushes me around and starts screaming, we get in each others faces and I punch her in the jaw. S… Continue

Chris

My life is God's twisted social experiment.

Sometimes, I will sit here in wonder at the events of my life. Now, I will start by saying this is just my take on how things have played out for me, and anyone else is welcome to call me lucky, say I should have killed myself, what ev. I'm cool with that. I am also agnostic, so I'm not about to preach religion, either. By the way, I tend to ramble, so if at any point it seems dull or you just want to stop reading, you're both entitled and welcome to do so.

With that in mind, as I sit here and… Continue

Yah, I have four little girls, my oldest are 15 and 16 - I'm fortunate to have a very good, open relationship with them and they tell me *everything* that their friends are doing and scares me to death - I keep a pretty close eye on them :) I don't want them to end up wasted on the streets of Mexico :P

lol.. I know the site was meant to anger people, That is simply how some people feel they are in control, when they can manipulate feelings (anger) in others - I was going to respond again and I stopped and deleted it - In all honesty, this site is merely some person who is just as passionate against the feminist movement as the feminist are for the movement.

I believe as parents (I am old with 4 little girls) that we have to teach our children, or give them the tools to find their own individual happiness and then it really doesn't matter who is making more money or stronger.. etc etc.. its all about self fullfillment.
I appreciate you getting back to me.. I don't feel pushed out I just felt like I might type something before thinking it through, then I realized that most responses were from kids saying "well the girls at my school" and I decided I am too old to debate this issue with kids =) It's a losing battle! haha

Hey Chris - I'm not going to reply to that discussion, but I didn't find your post offensive, It was merited with how YOU felt - What offends me is the way women were portrayed in the article - Nothing wrong with a good debate ;) I think my 'tone' came across more angry when I was just irritated at the wording ... :) Take care!

Nick speaks the truth. If it bothers you so much then dont go near anywhere that celebrates it. I'm not gunna go to the middle east because I can't stand their backward ass culture, I'm not gunna sit and bitch and whine about their backwardassness…
