Today I approached girl I've danced with @ party 3 weeks ago (few know this story) and asked her out. I feel like I've succeeded in actually approaching her and asking question. Even though it was a failure because she said "no" due to lack of time (dunno why I don't trust that statement... It's just my little flaw... sometimes I just over-interpret things...).

Hardcore mode ON

Hello everybody. It's 11:26 pm here so I had to think fast to obey rules of challenge :).

So after watching both new videos I said "I have to do it!". So these are things that I've listed for monk's week training:

1) Contrast showers. I've stopped them while I was ill. I'm not anymore so I'm returning to them this week.

Hello everybody. Due to school issues I had to take a week break from challange... Yes I know that it sucks but I can do nothing about it.
I'm back on event on monday but unfortunaetly I can't vlog every day of training so I decided to announce my results in blog posts. I will vlog tho all exaustion tests that I will face + final test IF I will survive till challenge's end.

Earlier I decided to participate in challenge. I decided to post blog about it as well as Spazgod.

After doing my initial test I get 20 pushups and 35 situps.

I also wanted to mention in this post (since it's related) that I've took another challenge to go with my friend to exercise
at gym.


I hope I will stand untill final tests of both and I will have enough strength inside me to survive exercising at gym with my friend.
