Ya cracked makes since. It's just strange because it happened as soon as I logged out of messenger and left the state. If it is someone I know and I find out, this will not end well.

I think the best solution is to find the windows xp drivers for everything on the laptop, including the HD, and making one of them custom XP disks. I know this will work on that model, I've seen it done.
