- What do you mean by planning? :) IF you mean Monk Mode i started May 7th, after 7 days of doing the healthy eating week :)
As for planning i just sat down one morning and thought out a schedual and just tweak it as days go by :) Tomorrow will be Week 9 out of 12 for Monk mode for me :)
