Hello I Power!

So I happened upon I Power via Athene on Youtube (yes, I play WoW) and was so completely surprised to find out that the "Merciless Gladiator" is actually a real-life agent of social change and personal empowerment! I feel so grateful because this is something that will help me to realize and identifiy that which I have been struggling to become conscious of during the last couple of years - who and what I will be to this reality, this world, and the people in it. And from there, how I can become that person.

So thank you, I Power!

Not a teacher, though I think of myself as one. I'm just very passionate about learning and sharing. I guess you can know the truth, I'm looking for something in the politics field, while I start a small business converting cars to run water, sounds crazy but it's been done. I'd love to share more...

What i mean with that is that i do not excuse myself by using the bible, but i am open for discussion. What i see in Christianity happen a lot is that Christians tend to judge people by old testament laws, instead of looking at how JC would have handled the situation. I don't close my eyes and say "It's in Gods hands" , i say "how will God lead us there".
(excuse my english, not my native language)

I tend to have that effect, but mostly it's gay men that giggle madly when they see me. Must have something to do with the hat.

u know i think you are totally right. the future lies in the children, for sure. teaching them good values is probably the most important thing, and i hope there are an every increasing number of young people who are aware of the world around them, and it's needs.

i don't mean to sound pessimistic though, but looking around i see corruption everywhere.....leaching into the minds of (especially young) people who do unfortunately become unaware and even blissful of the problems faced by others simply because they cannot see them. This isn't to say that these children will grow up to be bad, but they will fuel the fire of ignorance for future generations to keep doing the same. It's a vicious cycle, and although yes, there are people who will educate their own children to be mindful of others and care about the world, environmental/social/economical/commercial factors play a huge part in psychological development, particularly the ability to feel content with one's-self (and/or others close around) but neglect the needs of people who are distant to them.

so, back to the protesting point: i think that yes, protesting does give us a voice to spread a good message, but unfortunately, corruption, commercialization and capitalism have taken SUCH a massive grasp on all our lives (in developed countries at least) that I'm not convinced that without social change, and i mean DRAMATIC social change, the general population of people who are away from trouble, war and distress, whatever the cause, will find it difficult to put and end to it.

I hope what I wrote was clear, my hayfever is driving me crazy and I can barely see what i'm typing (watery eyes...lol). but yeah, that's what I think. I worked in a secondary school (high school) last year for 1 year, and from what I saw, most of the young people weren't even mindful of the environment they were learning in, or others around them....nevermind people dying in a war...u know?

In order for real change to occur in the future, i believe that we need to really educate young people in a new way...educate them about things that will really help change this world. bring about popularity in jobs that offer genuine services to others that are less fortunate and promote these...so everyone can benifit....rather that Mr. A getting a top degree in avionic engineering, but then goes on to becoming a leading weapons tycoon while Mr. C dies somewhere as a result. That's why I want to be a teacher, but not just a teacher.....I have a plan.....and I'm glad iPower is up and running cuz i want tvocalise it...and try to put it into action quite soon......

what'd u think?

No no, I don't mean to say that the federal reserve owns the US. I'm simply saying that the federal reserve has too much power over our economy I believe. Therefore that directly effects both China and Japan's economies. While the minuscule amount...
