Hey I don't usually do written blogs I prefer the vlogs, but I feel like writing something at the moment, so my schedules going well but I have noticed room for improvement, as I have huge amounts of free time, I find myself filling in most hours with workouts, and Ive rounded off my schedule to about 5 hours of workout, 3 of cardio, 2 of strength.
