First 10k Finished.
As of 1hour ago, I finished my 1st 10k run for Charity. (http://www.mhfs.org.uk/10K_whyrunwalkjog.php)
My time was 1hour and 20minutes approx. Which is pretty poor, my excuse is that I underestimated the uphill terrain as I had never ran that route.
I am pretty proud of myself in the respect that at the start of the year I wouldn't have dreamed of running even 5k nevermind 10k. After regular training I have completed an achievement I have always wanted to have.

Have you seen the new edition of Advent Children? There's about 30 minutes of extra footage, it's incomprehensible that they cut that shit out in the original, stuff just makes a lot more sense.
