Return of the monk?...

Back from my five day exile/vacation and now it’s time to get back to business. At the moment I’m doing homework so that means I’m serious lol (I made a bad habit of not doing it this year). Last weekend, I had to travel more than 600 km over a period of five days for a five minute check up on my braces. Not bad huh? I got to see some family including my brother and I avoided a big flue outbreak in my hometown (I dodged a bullet there ;), so it wasn’t too bad. Anyways, I’m back now, feeling exce… Continue

Quit my job

Yeah, I quit my job last Friday. It wasn’t easy to do, but seeing how I couldn’t continue anymore without giving up training, it seemed like the right decision. For those who aren’t aware, I began working at a restaurant a few months ago, right before school began. At first, I taught I was going to be able to manage it. It was paying most of my expenses and it substituted my video gaming addiction, so it seemed like the ideal place to be. As time went on, I really began training hard. I didn’t n… Continue

I'm back

I’m back…
Yup, school as finally ended and a new chapter as begun. I’ve finished the garbage/iron man movement and I’m currently working on some new projects. I said “what the hell?” I might as well announce them here and now. These next few months are going to be jammed packed with self development, community interactions, fucked up shit and much much more. I’ve not planned everything out, but I have a rough draft and that’s all I really need right now. Besides, I need to leave room for… Continue

Jedi/Garbageman mode training (Day 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 of 40)

Yeah, I'm sorry about not posting within the last couple of days, I've been quite occupied with exams, training and such. I managed to free some time today to post this. I suppose I’ll begin with a review of the last couple of days. Note that I’ll only be outlying events which I deem to be interesting, because I’ve forgotten nearly everything else.

On day 34 I was picking up garbage around that house I mentioned. While I was finishing up my last bag, I noticed this old septic tank sticking out… Continue

Fitness renewed

I’ve started weight lifting again. I took a week off due to my knee and I had to wait another for my dad to clear the shed out. When it was good to go, I spent the entire day cleaning and rearranging everything. I’m missing a few things, but I can still manage a decent training session regardless, I can finally get back on track. I made myself a new workout program, which I had to modify after the first workout (Testing my boundaries). This is version number 2. It’s a straight forward workout an… Continue

My companie buy´s wireless services from an isp, which we use through satelites for long range research ships and 3g wireless for shorter connections. You can get a 3g wireless connection device for your laptop really cheap here in Iceland.

Or that one James Bond movie that starts off with him dropping down in the mountains on skies. I kept trying to watch it at night but falling asleep instead. Pretty much the only movie I've ever fallen asleep to.
