So day 1 is over and i am quite happy with the result, check it out:
Eating healthy
I ate fruit for breakfast and between meals and I had salad and some salmon for lunch. We barbecued for dinner and I made some shich kebab with tomatos, mushrooms, onions, paprika and zucchini. I even fucking resisted the cheese cake my grandmother made!!!
Exercise
I went swimming in the morning and worked out in the evening. Double check!
