For the 7 day discipline training i will be doing the following
1.) 50 Push ups + 100 sit ups in one set, twice a day
2.) Play guitar one hour straight every day (I've been playing guitar little to none lately)
3.) NO JUNK FOOD.
4.) No sexual relief (Chronic Masturbater, fap fap fap fap fap...)
5.) No video games at all.
