To improve my diet.
1. find appropriate substitutes for my favorite types of meat
1.1 spinich, bean’s, linseed oil, and possibly various other basic components of food.
2 do more excercise, from a phew mintues up too 1 hour of actual excercise. such as playing running joging, and if need be walking[a bit longer I take it].
3. find a healthier or more natural source of sugar then synthesized corporate ice cream with so many addictives I’m scared to look at the labless box[which kind of says some…
