Fitness and other random updates

Sooooo, I promised I would keep updated by blogging, and I'm gonna stick with it. Last week has been a pretty slack week for me - a bit of a slip in my rhythm, but I'm picking it back up this week. The fitness challenge is going OK I guess.. I finished last week (2) on 53 crunches and 27 push-ups for exhaustion. That's a minor improvement on push-ups, and zero improvement on crunches from the previous week, which could be disappointing at first, but when I check the training program, it… Continue

Bike Marathon Challenge

It's 9:20pm and I'm feeling kinda bored and restless so I figured.. let's do something constructive. When will it ever end? Whether it comes to political, religious, cultural, ethnic or gender issues, I see it everywhere. Even here, in these forums. Will it ever end? Why can't people see past the lines that were drawn by their parents, or their parents' parents? Is there nothing we all have in common that can unite us? And if there is, shouldn't we be looking in that direction first instead of last? What do you guys think? Am I dreaming? Continue
