Social experiment: hugz
Pretty cool festival thingy in Mechelen, we hung out there and eventually did a couple of small social experiments; one of which we filmed.
Might do more stuff like this in the future if we have our camera handy.

If you really are confident enough you can turn the most pissed off person into a very happy one on a dime. I've done it first hand working in customer service, it's just all about how you feel about yourself.
